For your convenience and comfort, each room features a private bath, television,
air conditioner and high-speed wireless internet access.

Check-in is between 3pm - 6pm.  Check-out is 11 AM.
Special check-in and check-out times available upon request.

Old Charm is a non-smoking property. Smoking outside or on the porches is permitted.

One parking spot per room is available on the property.

Old Charm is happy to welcome children over the age of twelve.
As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at Old Charm

A full breakfast, included in your rate, is served daily at your requested time (between 7:00
and 9:00AM).








Old Charm Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation made is both
important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your
reservation, please call us at least seven days prior to your arrival date.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel within the seven day period, please understand
that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your
room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
